GOFX broker is not who they claim to be. After I met the lot size requirements for the $100 welcome bonus, they refused to grant me the $100 cash coupon, citing hedging as the reason. I clarified that I did not engage in hedging and explained that the only trade in question was a mistaken one that I closed within 6 seconds. According to the rule, only trades held for 15 minutes or more are considered. Please explain how this can be classified as hedging. It was a single error, which I am confident they can verify, yet they denied my withdrawal.
