Honestly one of the best banks in Nigeria. Their customer service is top notch, their website is easy to navigate and the user interface on their newly upgraded Gtworld app is seamless, although a lot of the features from the previous app are missing and need to be included. Their fees are also relatively reasonable compared to other banks. All in all, they're a very good bank.
