The Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB or SPK in Turkish) is the regulatory and supervisory authority responsible for overseeing and regulating the securities markets in Turkey. Established in 1981 under the Capital Market Law No. 2499, the CMB's primary mission is to ensure the fair, efficient, transparent, and stable functioning of the capital markets, while protecting the rights and interests of investors.
