Pacific Premier Bank

The Bank is a federally chartered stock savings bank whose primary business is the origination and sale of sub-prime one- to four-family residential mortgage loans and, to a much lesser extent, multi-family residential and commercial mortgage loans. The Bank was originally chartered in 1983 as a stock savings and loan association under the laws of the State of California and became a federally chartered stock savings bank in 1991.
