Crescent Acquisition

Crescent Acquisition Corp was a blank check company sponsored by Crescent Capital Group. It was incorporated in Delaware and completed its initial public offering in March 2019, raising approximately $250 million. The company's objective was to identify and merge with a target business. In July 2021, Crescent Acquisition Corp successfully completed its business combination with F45 Training Holdings Inc., a global fitness franchisor. Following the merger, the SPAC ceased to exist as a separate entity, and the combined company now operates as F45 Training Holdings Inc.
