Founded in 2017, Brace developed a SaaS platform designed to modernize the mortgage servicing industry. The company's core mission is to provide servicers, lenders, and their customers with a more transparent, efficient, and user-friendly experience, particularly for loss mitigation and loan default management. The platform automates complex workflows, improves communication, and ensures regulatory compliance. In June 2022, Brace was acquired by Flagstar Bank, N.A. to integrate its technology and further enhance Flagstar's digital servicing capabilities.
