Originally established to help individual advisers thrive, Kepa merged with NZFSG in 2019 to form a larger entity called Wealthpoint Limited. However, the Kepa brand continues to operate distinctly under its own Financial Advice Provider (FAP) licence, focusing on empowering its member advisers to deliver high-quality financial advice across insurance, investments, and mortgages.
