Traders must pass a two-step Evaluation Process, consisting of the "FTMO Challenge" and the "Verification" stage, which tests their trading skills and discipline. Successful traders are offered a placement in the FTMO Proprietary Trading firm, where they can remotely manage an "FTMO Account" with a balance of up to $200,000 and keep up to 90% of the profits they generate.
