Founded in 2001, Foresee, Inc. established itself as a pioneer in the field of customer experience analytics. The company's core business was providing a multi-channel CX analytics software suite that helped businesses and government agencies measure, understand, and improve customer satisfaction. Foresee's methodology was based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), allowing clients to link CX improvements to financial and operational outcomes. In January 2019, Foresee was acquired by Verint Systems for $1.05 billion and its technology and services have since been integrated into Verint's broader Customer Engagement and Experience Management platform.
