Founded in 2003, EMCAS Limited was one of the United Kingdom's leading claims management companies (CMCs). The company specialized in representing consumers to claim financial compensation from banks and financial institutions for mis-sold products, most notably Payment Protection Insurance (PPI), packaged bank accounts, and mortgages. Following increased regulation by the FCA and the deadline for PPI claims, the company faced financial difficulties and officially entered administration in September 2019, subsequently ceasing all operations.
