BeneStream

BeneStream was a New York-based company founded in 2013 with a mission to help employers connect their eligible employees to government health insurance and other benefits. Using its Benefits Enrollment Platform, the company screened workers for programs like Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), reducing healthcare costs for employers and increasing access to benefits for low-wage workers. In 2021, BeneStream was acquired by the nonprofit Human-I-T, and its platform and expert team were integrated into Human-I-T's operations to continue this work as part of a broader digital inclusion mission.
