Accrue Savings

Accrue Savings developed a financial technology platform that integrates with retail brands to offer a responsible alternative to debt-based financing. The service enables consumers to open a brand-specific, FDIC-insured savings account to save for a desired product over time. As the consumer contributes to their savings goal, the partner retailer contributes cash rewards to the account, incentivizing the purchase and building customer loyalty. In May 2023, Accrue Savings was acquired by Bread Financial to be integrated into its suite of payment products.
