I’ve been a long-time Hoo user from before the platform changes, and for a period of time my funds were inaccessible, which was understandably frustrating. Recently, I migrated to their updated platform at hoo.ltd, completed the account merge process, and I’m happy to say that I successfully withdrew my funds. The process required some patience, but I genuinely appreciate the effort the hoo.ltd team made to restore access for previous users and provide a clear path to recover balances. Seeing this level of follow-through gave me renewed confidence in the platform. Overall, I’m grateful that the situation was resolved and that long-time users were not forgotten.

I was nervous at first because of what happened before, but I still wanted to see if anything had truly improved. I was able to merge my old account and complete my KYC verification, and the new platform looks better and more organized. I could log in and manage my account without any major issues. The support team responded to me and the process felt more active than the old days. So for now, I’ll say this: hoo.ltd looks like an attempt to fix the past and move forward. My experience wasn’t bad, and it gave me a bit of relief after everything that happened before.
