Walliance

Walliance is a digital platform that combines investment and financing opportunities in the real estate sector, accessible through various financial instruments including equity, lending, and debt, and was created with the aim of providing a solution to the complexities encountered in the investment and financing of real estate operations. Founded in Italy (Trentino) in 2017, Walliance was the first Italian equity crowdfunding platform to have received authorisation from Consob to raise venture capital for online real estate projects. It was also, in January 2020, the first Italian portal to be authorised to operate in another European country: in fact, it entered the French market thanks to authorisation by the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).
