I requested a refund on the 26March 2025 and it’s 22 July 2025 and I still haven’t got my money it’s four months now and I spoke to my bank they made an investigation and the was no money in my account that was paid from walletdoc the proof of payment that warren send me the RRN number is invalid my bank couldn’t even trace it as for the proof that I haven’t gotten my money my bank statement should be proof enough I need my money back or else I’ll take this further and report it to the relevant authorities like I said I want my R4000 back!!!
