snap lending is primarily focused on the origination and servicing of traditionally higher-risk first lien mortgages and real estate loans. our primary geographical market is the metropolitan and close-in rural areas of texas. we offer 30 year qualified (qm) and non-qualified (non-qm) mortgages to borrowers who cannot qualify for financing through traditional banks or mortgage programs. we outsource portions of underwriting and servicing to third-party providers, which allows the partners to focus on performing due diligence on potential borrowers and sourcing additional capital as needed. we are in compliance with all applicable regulations including dodd-frank & cfpb guidelines for consumer high-cost mortgages and continue to monitor the regulatory environment to ensure we remain compliant.
