Pollen Mobile

Pollen Mobile is building a user-owned and operated mobile network, leveraging blockchain technology and the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) spectrum in the US. The company's mission is to provide more affordable, private, and secure mobile connectivity by decentralizing network infrastructure. Individuals and businesses can purchase and deploy Pollen-certified hardware, such as "Flowers" (small cell radios), to provide network coverage. In return for creating and validating coverage, these operators earn the network's native cryptocurrency, PollenCoin (PCN). The project was initially developed by Pronto AI, a company specializing in autonomous vehicle technology.
