License
A Grade License
Issued by globally renowned regulators, these licenses ensure the highest trader protection through strict compliance, fund segregation, insurance, and regular audits. Dispute resolution and adherence to AML/CTF standards further enhance security.
B Grade License
Granted by respected regional regulators, these licenses offer robust safety measures such as fund segregation, financial reporting, and compensation schemes. Though slightly less strict than Tier 1, they provide dependable regional protection.
C Grade License
Issued by regulators in emerging markets, these licenses offer basic protections such as minimum capital requirements and AML policies. Oversight is less stringent, so traders should exercise caution and verify safety measures.
D Grade License
From jurisdictions with minimal oversight, these licenses often lack key protections like fund segregation and insurance. While attractive for operational flexibility, they pose higher risks to traders.

Bad
Overall Thought
Arguably amongst the worst financial institutions in existence. The customer service is negative zero, lying they have resolved a common funds transfer issues for the past 2 months, having made several international calls, several emails, online complaints procedures. No one seems to have a clue on how to resolve this simple IT problems..How could a Domestic transfer failed through a different bank account recipients in Nigeria for two months and couldn't be resolved. They will keep you waiting for almost an hour on international calls and eventually hang up when someone finally pick up the phone. Not a great experience! Horrible.

Overall Thought
I've been a customer since Polaris was called Skyebank, it's no doubt a great transition changing the name, coz not only the name changed, but the service itself. It has diversified the services to Mobile apps an wallets which brought ease accessibility and swiftness for its customers. Based on my experience, Polaris would best for salary earners although I'm not one, but I really enjoyed my simple savings account. Polaris also needs more physical branchs across Nigeria.
