nyati savings and credit cooperative society was registered in 1977 under the cooperatives societies act by the then employees of securicor security services (k) limited (currently g4s security services). from humble beginnings, the society has expanded its membership beyond g4s (k) to draw customers from nyati sacco staff, g4s secure data solutions ltd, tandu alarms, drugnet limited, absolute security limited, turtle bay resort, secure contractors, medatech, wecan security limited, buffalo bicycles ltd, clovers managements and consultants ltd, estec kenya ltd and gulf energy through a check-off system.
