The signature Tenant Database paired with persuasive features like monthly credit reporting help responsible tenants stand out and improve their credit. Less desirable behaviour such as late payments, debts owed, or property damages can now be reported to ensure accountability. Established by a retired RCMP officer who specialized in fraud prevention and a former corporate lawyer turned technology entrepreneur, Landlord Credit Bureau complies with, and in several instances has worked to exceed, the protection requirements under governing legislation. Landlord Credit Bureau operates a Reporting Agency in Canada and the US, helping both landlords and tenants prosper.
