Founded in 2021, Kassio aimed to be a comprehensive "crypto-for-all" platform. Its mission was to simplify cryptocurrency adoption by providing a single place for users to manage their digital assets. Key services included earning interest (yield) on crypto deposits, taking out crypto-backed loans, and trading (buying/selling) cryptocurrencies. However, in March 2023, the company abruptly suspended all operations, citing adverse market conditions and regulatory uncertainty, leaving many users unable to access their funds.
