Ireland's Women in Finance Charter

Launched in April 2022, Ireland's Women in Finance Charter is a voluntary framework for firms operating in the Irish financial services sector to demonstrate their commitment to improving gender diversity and inclusion. Signatories commit to setting internal targets for female representation in senior management, publishing progress annually, and having a senior executive responsible for these goals. The Charter is a key action under the "Ireland for Finance" strategy and is supported by prominent industry bodies including the Irish Banking Culture Board, Banking & Payments Federation Ireland (BPFI), Financial Services Ireland (FSI), and Insurance Ireland.
