IQ Capital Group is a fraudulent entity that has been publicly identified as a "clone firm" by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This entity has no legitimate operational history and was created to scam investors by illegally using the name, address, and Firm Reference Number (FRN) of the authorized UK venture capital firm, "IQ Capital Partners LLP". The clone firm's objective was to appear credible to deceive individuals into making investments, which are not protected and are likely lost. All activities conducted under the "IQ Capital Group" name are considered unauthorized and illegal in jurisdictions where it was reported.
