Indesser is a joint venture between the UK Government (Cabinet Office) and TDX Group, a subsidiary of Equifax. Established in 2015, its mission is to help the public sector manage debt more effectively, efficiently, and fairly. The company combines the government's understanding of public sector debt with the data, technology, and analytical expertise of the private sector to provide solutions for debt recovery, fraud and error prevention, and improved decision-making.
