ICAP Patent Brokerage

Originally the intellectual property brokerage division of ICAP plc, a major global inter-dealer broker, ICAP Patent Brokerage established itself as a leader in the IP transactions market. The firm provided a range of services including patent valuation, strategic advisory, and transaction execution for patent holders, connecting them with potential buyers through live auctions and private sales. In December 2014, the entire ICAP Patent Brokerage team and business were acquired by the global investment bank Houlihan Lokey, where they formed the core of the "Tech+IP Advisory" group, continuing their work in intellectual property advisory and transactions under the new parent company.
