Florida Specialty Holdings, LLC, through its subsidiary Florida Specialty Insurance Company (FSIC), was a property and casualty insurance provider headquartered in Florida. The company specialized in offering homeowners and dwelling fire insurance products tailored to the unique needs of Florida residents. Founded with the mission to provide reliable coverage in a challenging market, the company grew its policyholder base within the state. However, due to financial difficulties and insolvency, its primary subsidiary, FSIC, was placed into receivership and ordered into liquidation by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation in October 2019.
