Fjellinjen AS is one of the largest toll road companies in Norway. Owned by the Oslo Municipality (60%) and Viken County Municipality (40%), its primary mission is to finance public transport and road infrastructure projects in its service area by collecting toll fees. Established in 1986, the company manages a system of toll stations and is the issuer of AutoPASS tags for the Oslo and Viken region, facilitating automated toll payments for millions of drivers. The revenue generated is used to fund major infrastructure developments, including new roads, tunnels, and public transport initiatives.
