Founded in 2005 and headquartered in San Diego, California, FirstAgain was a pioneer in using technology to offer unsecured personal loans online. The company focused on providing a fast and simple application process for prime and near-prime borrowers. In 2013, FirstAgain was acquired by Freedom Financial Network, a larger company providing a range of financial solutions including debt settlement and personal loans. Following the acquisition, the FirstAgain lending platform and services were integrated and rebranded as "FreedomPlus," which now operates as the personal loan division of Freedom Financial Network.
