Financial Therapy Association

Founded in 2010, the Financial Therapy Association (FTA) is an organization dedicated to advancing the field of financial therapy. Its mission is to develop and promote the profession through research, training, and the promotion of best practices for its members. The FTA brings together professionals from both financial and mental health fields to create a holistic approach to financial wellness, addressing the psychological and emotional aspects of a client's relationship with money. The association provides resources, networking opportunities, and a certification program (Certified Financial Therapist-I™) for its members.
