Founded in December 1994, FinTech Global Incorporated (FGI) is a Tokyo-based investment banking firm listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The company's mission is to "continue to take on the challenge of creating new value" by investing in and developing unique businesses. FGI's operations are centered around two main pillars: its investment banking business, which provides M&A advisory and financing solutions, and its business development and incubation arm, which focuses on creating and managing projects in sectors like entertainment (e.g., Moominvalley Park), renewable energy, and real estate, often through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models.
