FinEx Group

Founded in 2004, FinEx Group established itself as a pioneer and leading provider of Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) in Russia and the CIS region. The company's mission was to provide investors with low-cost, transparent, and liquid investment instruments for accessing various asset classes. It launched the first ETFs on the Moscow Exchange and managed a range of funds listed on several European exchanges. However, following the 2022 international sanctions against Russia, trading of all FinEx ETFs was suspended on major exchanges, and the assets were blocked by international clearing houses (Euroclear and Clearstream), severely impacting the company's core business operations.
