Founded in 1968, the Fondo de Empleados del Grupo EPM (FEPEP) is a private, non-profit associative entity based in Medellín, Colombia. Its mission is to enhance the quality of life for its members—the employees of Grupo EPM and their families—by offering a comprehensive portfolio of financial services, including various savings plans and credit lines, alongside social benefits and agreements. As a cooperative financial institution, FEPEP operates under the supervision of Colombia's Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria and is dedicated to fostering a culture of savings and mutual aid among its associates.
