Försäkringskassan

Försäkringskassan (the Swedish Social Insurance Agency) is a public authority under the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs. Its mission is to manage and disburse a significant portion of Sweden's social security system. This includes managing benefits related to family (e.g., parental leave, child allowance), illness, and disability.
