EXP International, formally known as EXP ASSET, was an online investment platform launched around 2017. It operated as a multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme, attracting investors with promises of high, passive returns from cryptocurrency mining and forex trading education packages. The company gained significant traction, particularly in Europe and Latin America, before collapsing around 2019. Numerous financial regulators subsequently issued warnings, and investigations revealed it to be a large-scale Ponzi scheme, resulting in significant financial losses for its members.
