EVO Payments UK Ltd, formerly a subsidiary of EVO Payments, Inc., is a prominent provider of merchant acquiring and payment processing services in the United Kingdom. As a principal member of Visa and Mastercard, the company offered a comprehensive suite of payment solutions for businesses of all sizes, including in-store card terminals (POS), online payment gateways for e-commerce, and integrated payment software. In August 2023, its parent company, EVO Payments, Inc., was acquired by Global Payments Inc. Consequently, EVO Payments UK has been integrated into the Global Payments brand and now operates as part of its global payment technology and software solutions network.
