EuroCCP Limited

Originally established in 2007, European Central Counterparty N.V. (EuroCCP) grew to become Europe's largest cash equities CCP, clearing trades for numerous stock exchanges and trading platforms. Its core business is to mitigate counterparty risk for its clients by stepping in between the buyer and seller of a transaction, guaranteeing its settlement. In July 2020, EuroCCP was acquired by Cboe Global Markets and now operates under the brand name "Cboe Clear Europe". The UK-registered entity, "EuroCCP Limited", was officially dissolved in June 2023, with all operations consolidated under the Dutch entity, EuroCCP N.V.
