Equatex Global

Originally founded in 2002 as a spin-off from Zurich Cantonal Bank, Equatex AG grew to become a leading global provider of share and compensation plan administration services. The company developed and operated the EquatePlus platform, a comprehensive solution for large multinational corporations to manage their employees' equity plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs). In 2021, Equatex was acquired by Computershare, a global leader in financial administration, to strengthen its employee share plan business. The Equatex team and technology have since been integrated into Computershare's operations.
