Electronifie

Founded in 2013, Electronifie aimed to enhance liquidity and efficiency in the corporate bond market by creating a centralized, all-to-all trading venue. The platform connected a diverse network of market participants, including institutional investors and dealers, allowing them to trade directly and anonymously with each other. Electronifie was registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an Alternative Trading System (ATS) and was a member of FINRA. In July 2017, the company was acquired by MarketAxess Holdings Inc., a leading electronic trading platform for fixed-income securities, to integrate its technology and expand its all-to-all trading capabilities.
