Founded in 1968 as Título Corretora de Valores SA, the company operated for decades as a traditional brokerage. In the 2010s, it pivoted to become Easynvest, one of Brazil's first and largest 100% digital investment platforms, pioneering zero-fee trading for various assets. Its mission was to democratize access to investments for ordinary Brazilians. In September 2020, the digital bank Nubank announced its acquisition of Easynvest, a deal that was finalized in June 2021. Subsequently, Easynvest was fully integrated into the Nubank ecosystem and rebranded as "NuInvest", continuing its mission to provide simple and accessible investment services to millions of customers.
