It allows any person without bank to have the opportunity to send/receive money online and also give them the opportunity to buy/sell products online. Dozdan supports 3rd world countries that do not have the banking system support online operations to have the chance to establish E-commerce activities within the same country since banking systems in these countries have a high restriction on moving money abroad.
