We deliver real estate investment analytics, enabling our clients to manage risk and act on opportunities in ways that legacy systems cannot compete with. We achieve this using both our clients' portfolio data and external data from the capital markets. Vectis is our first product, generating revenue and managing a complex mezzanine/stretched senior real estate development loan portfolio. Vectis is both the system of record for calculating loan balances and a sophisticated risk analysis and reporting tool, both at the loan and portfolio level. Potential loan impairment is projected from divergence of actual construction cashflow from budget, along with dynamic interest rate forward curves.
