Delic Corp. was a holding company dedicated to bringing psychedelic wellness to the mainstream. The company's strategy involved a "roll-up" of assets, including the acquisition of one of the largest chains of ketamine clinics in the US (Ketamine Wellness Centers) and various media and e-commerce platforms like Reality Sandwich and Delic Radio. As a publicly traded entity, its mission was to build a vertically integrated ecosystem to increase access to science-backed psychedelic treatments for various mental and physical health conditions. However, the company faced significant financial challenges, leading it to file a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) in February 2023, with its core clinic assets subsequently being sold.
