Council for Inclusion in Financial Services (CIFS)

Founded in 2015, the Council for Inclusion in Financial Services (CIFS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that brings together leaders and advocates to advance diversity and inclusion within the financial services sector. The organization's mission is executed through three core pillars: The National FinServ Foundation, which provides scholarships and career development opportunities; The FinServ Job Board, which connects diverse talent with industry employers; and various symposiums and events that foster dialogue and collaboration on inclusion-related topics.
