Founded in 2005, Community Business Finance is a leading, non-profit Certified Development Company (CDC) certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Its primary mission is to foster economic development and create jobs by providing small businesses in Texas and Louisiana with long-term, fixed-rate financing through the SBA 504 Loan Program. These loans are specifically designed to help businesses acquire major fixed assets, such as commercial real estate and heavy machinery.
