Coinsuper was a digital asset exchange founded in 2017 in Hong Kong by Karen Chen, a former executive at UBS China. The platform aimed to provide professional and secure cryptocurrency trading services to a global user base, with a particular focus on institutional and high-net-worth individuals. It offered spot trading for a variety of cryptocurrencies. However, beginning in late 2021, users began reporting an inability to withdraw funds, leading to widespread complaints and police investigations. The platform subsequently became inaccessible and is now considered defunct.
