Clearinghouse CDFI is a full-service, direct lender that addresses unmet credit needs in distressed communities throughout the Western United States. Founded in 1996, its mission is to provide economic opportunities and improve the quality of life for lower-income individuals and communities that lack access to traditional financing. The company finances a wide range of projects, including community facilities, affordable housing, commercial real estate, and small businesses, having deployed over $2.1 billion in loans for projects that have created or retained over 23,800 jobs and served over 2.7 million people.
