The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) is a globally recognised professional body dedicated to setting the standard for the credit management profession. Established over 80 years ago and granted a Royal Charter in 2014, the CICM provides qualifications, training, and membership to support individuals and businesses in the credit industry. Its mission is to raise professional standards, promote best practices, and provide a network for credit professionals to develop their skills and careers. The Irish branch is highly active, hosting local events, training, and providing support tailored to the Irish credit community.
