Christians Against Poverty Canada

Christians Against Poverty (CAP) Canada is a national registered charity that partners with local churches to bring hope and solutions to people in financial distress. Originally founded in the UK in 1996, the organization launched in Canada in 2013. Its primary services include free, in-depth debt counselling to help people become debt-free, community-based job clubs to assist the unemployed, and life skills courses that teach practical money management. CAP's mission is to empower individuals to overcome poverty and its root causes through compassionate, practical support and community.
