Chaka is a Nigerian fintech company with a mission to enable financial well-being and wealth creation by providing borderless access to investment opportunities. Launched in 2019, the company offers a technology platform that allows users to invest in thousands of stocks, bonds, and ETFs from Nigeria and the U.S. stock markets. Chaka was notably the first company to receive the Digital Sub-Broker license from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Nigeria, creating a new regulatory category and paving the way for digital investing in the country.
