Central Valley NMTC Fund, LLC

Managed by CVF Capital Partners, the Central Valley NMTC Fund (CVNMTC) is a Community Development Entity (CDE) certified by the U.S. Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund. Its mission is to stimulate economic growth and create jobs in low-income communities, primarily within California. Since receiving its first New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation in 2009, the fund has been providing flexible financing to operating businesses and real estate projects that deliver significant community impact but may have difficulty securing conventional funding.
